I have ordered a few items from a site overseas,paid with paypal and they took my money including the shipping cost. Then i find out one item is delayed not even put and other even though said available was also not released yet. And to top that even when site works out what shipping is one item is bigger and heavy so more is required. But before this it was maybe cant rhe bigger item then yes. There english was not the best and back and forth emailing i got fed up and asked for refund several times. But never really replied to this but other things. By this time i started a dispute with paypal as just wanted my funds. Then he got the item but still no word about other item. So escalated it to a claim. Since claim has started he has provided a tracking number to paypal but thats only one part of the order if he gets my other order then its out between 28th feb and 3rd march. So can or does seller have to send this item? I got contacted by paypal saying i can cancel claim or continue or if not as received to change name of claim. I made it known this is only tracking for one item and still another. My question is can i leave this claim open until both are received? And can i contact seller directly while claim is onging and i still have that issue of maybe having to pay extra for shipping. Please advise as if claim is closed i either just get one item both or none?
