Dispute Time

I ordered a parcel in March from the US it was a tracked parcel it said it would take 3 weeks to be delivered, I waited much longer than this and put in a claim as it obv has got lost, As the last thing it sais on the tracking info is that is left US on March 16th.

Paypal asked the seller to provide tracking number which they did (April 13th) And since then nothing has happened, and it doesn't say anything either, Any ideas how long it will take as seems weird it doesn't require anymore information.

You don't want the dispute to close without a refund but it could be paypal are allowing extra time for the item to show as delivered as its an international transaction.

I would give paypal a call > contact us bottom of paypal pages > put in account probs and phone the number given > when you get through do not select or say any options just hang on till you get through to an agent.
