Claim passed the day the buyer replies by. Help

Hello,

 

I made a claim for my money back around 10 days ago. It is now passed the date that the seller replies within. And it still hasn't been updated. What do i do?

This is what it says ; 

 

This item not received dispute has been escalated to a claim.

We requested additional information from the seller about this transaction.

What happens next

The seller has been asked to respond by 14 Dec 2011. As soon as we hear from the seller, or if14 Dec 2011 passes with no response from the seller, we'll review this case and email you with an update.

If you've resolved this problem, you can cancel this claim anytime.

If you received the item but it's different to what you expected, you can change your reason for this claim.

Hey there,

 

The seller has 10 days to respond and its on the 11th day that the case will automatically time out and close in the buyers favour.

 

This will happen around the same time as the case was escalated. So if the case was escalated at 6pm, then around 6pm on the 11th day the case will close.

I am also having the same problem last date was The march today is The march nothing happened.
