Can't escalate claim help??

Hi I need some help. I started a claim against a company as they sent me the wrong alloy wheels to which i sent back and they haven't yet refunded me. Tracking shows as delivered and in the case the company offered me a full refund to which I accepted. The PayPal case now states 'the seller will refund you once they receive the item back' and there isn't any more options to add any more messages to the case or escalate it to a claim. The seller has already said they have received the alloys back in the case when offering the refund but they are yet to refund me. I have contacted the seller company and they state there is no option for them to refund as the case is in dispute despite the fact they have offered the refund option in the case and i have accepted the offer in the case. So what happens now?I've tried emailing PayPal support but get the same robotic response about how to escalate a case but the issue is there is no escalate button option anywhere I can't even add any more details to the case. Please help guys I'm worried i won't get my money back?? Thanks

Give c.s. a call.

 

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Log in and get the code.
When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent OR just say the word 'Agent'".
In the UK its free from any landline phone.
