CLAIM ??

Hello

I opened case 3 days ago, and escalated it to claim then aswell

It was ''Awaiting other party response''

Now, after 3 days of waiting, i saw status of case ''Being reviewed by paypal''

As i see in case history, seller haven't responded, and haven't did anything as i can see.

How is that possible that PayPal automatically switched to their review so quick?

(Doesn't seller have 10 days time to respond??)

Depends, if its an item not received dispute then paypal normally give the seller 10 days to supply a tracking number.

If its item received but not as described then paypal can review it the moment that it has been escalated.
