Advice please...I'm confused.com!

I need some expert advice please...Im generally a buyer on Ebay but have recently had a clear out and sold a lot! Bar one or 2 awkward customers who have been left happy I have been presented with a dilemma as a fairly inexperienced seller!
Timeline may help....sold 3 items to one seller 9th March. Payment still wasn't receieved after 2 weeks so sent a gentle 'nudge' email and received a reply that there was an issue with a lost card, paypal not accepting the new one, sorry for delay blah blah. Payment received 23rd March (fri). I happened to be in hospital with a very ill son - but dispatch was 2 buisness days (so by Tuesday) so not worried...ON Tuesday I received an email about a user opening a new case for an unauthorised activity claim on his account. Paypal have given me 4 more days to respond, but the options don't apply (issued refund? posted? etc) I haven't sent them until I know whats going on! The ebay users name is the same as the Paypal account name, they have 100% positive 170 feedback & the same postal address on both ebay and paypal. Can someone please shed some light on what the ?? is going on..have emailed the seller - no reply. I'm confused! Have I been scammed in the hope that I'd have posted the items?

If you haven't sent the item just refund them. You can't win a case like that especially if you haven't sent the item.
If you needs be, block them on eBay and PayPal.
