there was a hold on a payment i received and pp balance is at 0$......

i have an open ebay case that says p.p. has a held the funds. i want to refund the buyer but my p.p. balance says 0$. does the hold on the payment show on my p.p. account balance?

If you were to click on the transaction where the buyer paid you there will be a refund link button near the bottom.  The refund should come out of the money PayPal is currently holding.  Be advised that recently I had a hold on a payment I received and was never given a refund option thus I had to wait for PP to side the case.

are you refering to the link on the ebay page or the p.p. transaction detail page?

because the buyer hasnt open a claim with p.p.. its only in ebays res. center.
