ohhh boy.... dear sir, i have feedback for you that i would like you to into cosideration from a neutral point of view. please do understand that i am writing this in the same manner. first, paypal is supppose to be like a third party. holding and transfering money between buyer and seller. when paypal is doing what they first set out to do, everything is fine. however, when paypakl oversteps its boundries and acts like a small claims court or like the seller works for them, its all bad. i do understand that paypal is a business and needs to keep money flowing to make money. what paypal seems to really lack is that the sellers are what keeps paypals employeees paid. not the buyers. to put it in other words, the sellers choose to use paypal. both paypal and the buyers need the seller!!! the sellers should be given a little more control of their own money that paypal is being paid to hold for them. not make the decisions. paypal works for the sellers. if paypal wants the authority of a judge or as a bank then they should open a different business to govern and/or judge cases that need a third party to intervene. paypal has enough business and problems to deal with just being a third party. next, seller protection???? where??? the first time i actually read what paypals "seller protection" plan is, i laughed. still i laugh when i get **bleep**ed over just because i still chose to use paypal. i am an honest person that isnyt out to steal, hustle or take anyones mooney that i dont deserve. i feel like paypal is almost a security gate for buyers that are actually online shoplifters. they buy something and then tell paypal its s.n.a.d. and no matter what the facts or scenario is, paypal issues them a refund. example (and the reason i replied to this): i gave inerchangeable part numbers on a car relay ebay auction. buyer purchased the relay from me and reported a s.n.a.d. i was still fine with that until buyer sent the "item" back.... a box with three rocks in it!!! does that matter??? nope, not to paypal obviously. if im wrong please PLEASE tell me............ i guess thats all i feel i should say right now because its kind of .... not fair and it **bleep** me off that i just lost something that i really didnt want to sell and the people i pay to hold my money just gave it back to a thief! is there anything i canb do about it.... at this moment, no. this is part of the reason paypal has so many class action lawsuits against them. in a nutshell coated with sugar... ITS NOT PAYPALS MONEY TO DO WITH IT AS PAYPAL DECIDES!!!
