I bought an item from Hong Kong...It is not the item as described and does not work..Pay Pal resolved the complaint and requested I send item back for a full refund...I cannot find out if I have to pay the return shipping fees? It is only a 15.00 item so I don't want to spend that much in shipping..I have e-mailed this question to them and have not gotten an answer...I have to ship back in the next few days...Anybody know the answer????
