how I can get my money back if my dispute is close by mistake.

Hi, all

I open dispute on ebay because ebay said the item that I bought  :

We're writing to let you know that we removed the listing for the following item that you won or bid on:
260646159645 - New ²SanDisk² ²Micro² ²HC ²MicroSD² ²Memory² Card 16 GB

then ebay contact me by mail said I have to call Ebay then I calling ebay waiting almost 20 minutes , No one!! pick up the phone.. I hang up and I going to paypal then open dispute on paypal then 2-3 day after my case is close (in ebay) I'm not worry because I open dispute in paypal after that I come back to paypal and check my status.. it close too. I asking paypal .. I'll get money back for my case or not they said you can open dispute only one of them (ebay or paypal) . I don't even know that. (ebay and paypal work together they should know I can open only one dispute because I waiting to talk to ebay long long time since I can't wait). Now , how I can get my money back.

Appeal the decision to Paypal - there should be a link in the email you received that notified you that you lost the decision.

In the appeal, point out that this is a physical item, NOT a virtual one.
