I ordered a dvd and paid for through paypal. I recieved the dvd and was very disappointed when it appears in color to have been a copy from maybe a tv program or a vhs movie. it also froze in severa spots. I attempted to contact the ones I had ordered from at email address that paypal had and email was returned as undeliverable. I am trying to find out what I can do about this or if maybe paypal has another contact address for this company.
