Need Help! ASAP! Disputes/Claims!

So earlier this morning, I made a purcahse of about $139 USD online for some RuneScape Gold. After the purcahse I'm supposed to contact the online live chat customer service representative to confirm my order before the in-game trade is supposed to be made. At that time, I couldn't contact the online customer service representative so I was a little bit worried because usually it doesn't take that long to get connected to one, but I did receive a call from a staff to confirm my order and who I was. So I opened a dispute because I didn't receive my product in time and I was worried that I wouldn't get it. I then escalated my dispute for paypal to decide and went to work. I got home a few minutes ago, and checked again with the online customer service representative and this time I got connected with them pretty quick. I chatted with the representative for a bit, then that person told me that in order to get my product I need to cancel my claim because my payment was put on hold, so I agreed to cancel my claim, because before I canceled another claim similar to this and got my product right away. After I canceled my claim I checked back with the representative and he/she stated that my payment did not go through yet. After a pretty long wait, he/she then said my order was a fraud, so I had a feeling I was probably getting scammed. So what should I do? Is there anything I can do about this? What is the next step I should take? If anyone knows information on this, please let me know because I need help as soon as possible, thanks.
