I ordered some parts that totaled just over $2000 from a seller and upon installation of the parts I find that they are not as advertised. The quality is lacking and some of benefits advertised of the product are not being seen, infact just the opposite. Some parts are broken and the fit is poor. I spoke wit the seller and he doesn't want to do anything for me. I would like to send it back to him and get at least a partial refund. He does have a retun policy that states no returns accepted. What is the likelyhood that I will be successful with a dispute should I open one?
