I had £37 in paypal accoount when a dispute was raised on a item that cost £27 my balance is now £10 as paypal have deducted the cost of your item that money is unavailable and placed on hold/held I have tried to press close dispute & refund several times and I get this message
"Your money can't be transferred from your bank account to cover this refund at this time. Please add money to your PayPal account, or add another payment method".
It is a mystery to me and also risking me negative feedback as I dont think the buyer believes me.
