So I sold a virtual item for 40$ he send me the money and I checked it he sends as Gift (im not sure but there is no shipping address, and no fee's for me when I click the transaction) I gave him the virtual goods then he says: You are so stupid I can chargeback the money easily.
Is he right?
And if so what should I do against it?
EDIT: He just did a unauthorized claim and my money got blocked.

You might be able to fight this if you used a way to send the dowload that can be tracked.
Otherwise, you're going to lose.
