Uncollected Funds Charge

I had just gotten a Uncollected Funds Charge -- PAYPAL INSTANT TRANSFER INST for $28 what could this possibly be?

Where is this charge showing up?

I am going to guess that you have a PP debit card and you made a purchase recently that showed as being "expired".  PP accounting realized they never paid the merchant bank are now removing the funds from your account.  Happens a lot when they do software updates to their systems.

I have the same question and I didn't get what you meant... I bought an item on ebay using paypal with my bank account and everything went smoothly and then now 3 days later I have this "Uncollected Funds Charge PAYPAL INSTANT" for 28 dollars... I don't know what it meant and what it is...
