I recently sold an item and the ladies address was wrong on her paypal account. She opened a dispute, and after waiting a couple of days we won the case. She left me Bad Feedback on ebay becasue she never recieved the gift. How can I have that removed? Thanks
This is an eBay issue not Paypal. So you should actually contact eBay customer service.
However, to me, this sounds like "abusive feedback" and meets the criteria to have it removed. Hopefully eBay will see it the same way, but feedback is a real sticky issue. It's got to be real real extreme and obvious for it to be removed.
I've had the same situation and ebay is for the buyers not the sellers....Good Luck.... They should realize that to abuse the sellers would result in no more buyers.....
