currently i own my own website and i have a donation button for any members who would like to contribute to the community,I recieved a good deal of donations recently and was going to buy a upgraded forum for the website. my only concern is can these donations ever be charged-back and if my balance in the account was not enouph to support would the money to pay for these charge-backs be taken from my personal bank account linked to my paypal? this is a real concern to me seeing as the user agreement isnt very direct about negative funds and bank account balance to pay for these negative funds. or is my account safe and i am just worrying for no reason, and paypal cannot access my bank account without my permission first.
