Reversal of payment for ebay item

Need Paypals help on this.  Sold ebay item 180509645501 and shipped it via USPS with delivery confirmation when payment from buyer was received.  Received notice from Paypal on 6/11 that funds had been reversed by buyer/buyer's bank.  On the same day, 6/11,  I checked USPS website to see that item had been delivered on 6/7 and I contacted the buyer to see if there were any outstanding issues with the item like damage, wrong item etc.  Have not gotten a response from the buyer and now I am out the item and the cost of labor, packing materials and shipping.  In my estimation, this seems like a case of fraud.

Unless PP's seller protection will cover you the only recourse you would have would be via civil court litigation.  Sounds like your buyer bought the item and immediately filed a chargeback with his/her credit card.

You can fight the chargeback and likely win.  At the very leasdt, if you shipped with confirmation and it shows delivered to the address in the payment advice, Paypal ill cover you.

Go through the steps to challenge the claim and provide the proof that Paypal needs.
