jmb70056- Sorry that you're getting frustrated with this process. Here's why you don't have the option to upload anything. Since you filed the dispute, chances are we're looking more for information from the seller than from you. When you created the dispute, you had the chance to provide what was wrong with the transaction. Now we're going to get the seller's side of things.
If it's an actual claim (and not just a dispute), we'll let you know if we need anything from you to assist in the case. But in a lot of cases we use what you claimed was the problem originally and the information we can find online (eBay listing, website description, etc) to make a determination.
