I made a purchase a long time ago and was totally ripped off, so this really doesn't apply since so long ago..but I am still mad and . I didn't think of it until today, when I need to file a dispute for ebay item again.
Previously,last bad experience, I ordered a mixer for 140.-150.0 dollars. I never received it. Filed a claim and paypal GENEROUSLY gave me only 42.00 or so dollars instead of the whole amount."the seller didn't have the money in their account ".WHAT! so, the seller spends the money and just because it wasn't there at time of dispute..I don't GET a REFUND.????????????
Some kind of protection that turned out to be. NOT...
So, now I have a dipute to the tune of 270.00. Thank Goodness it is on my paypal buyer credit. FYI, paypal, I am NOT paying the bill........ and want a complete refund. I got a damaged item, useless. So, from previous experience...if the seller spent the money.... I wont' get any or very little in a refund. What was I thinking to buy from ebay again..... dumb dumb dumb dumb
