I was recently in a counterfeit item dispute in which I unknowingly bought a fake iPod off eBay. I quickly filed a claim and almost 2 months after following everything PayPal said to do, they told me the tracking information I gave was invalid.
I had to return the item and provide a tracking number. I did and afterwards PayPal said it was invalid. So I checked it myself and all the tracking info was there.
Is there anything I can do to get my refund and justice?
I'm new in this community but I think if paypal already canceled your claim, you last resource is calling your credit card company.
You have proof of you sent the fake ipod back, give you credit card company a call and explain to them buy an original item, but the seller sent you a fake/counterfeit item,
