I bought turntables from a merchant about a month ago, delivery takes 10 days at the most they noted on there site. I waited 14 days before I emailed them and about 16 before I opened a case. When I opened it paypal had a automated message for stating that they was asked to respond by march 5th. Basically,I am waiting on there response but they have not been replieng to my emails through paypal or outside of paypal.

here is the dispute comments, please tell me what I should Do Iv'e done everything I could think of to hasten the process but now im 186 dollars short and out of ideas as well.

I want to reply to everyone who took the time to give me advice,I really apreciate it. However the case is solved and Paypal is reimbursing me my money back.

Thank you,I am very glad I didnt have to go out my way to stoop to drastic measures.

Good for you!!!!  Way to fight the system and get your money back.  I think Paypal really did not want the extra attention!!!

DrinkUpJohnny,

I'm glad your claim was resolved.  I'm assuming you received a refund on the 11th day, which would mean your seller did not respond?

Let us know,

Adrian
