Long story short.
I sold some car parts for 150$ he sent me the $ I was late sending them to him. He Filed a claim. No big deal..
I gave tracking # to paypal, he got them and they got signed for. They gave me funds back. Now Buyers credit company has charged back again.
Paypal let the buyer rip me off essentially.
what can i Do??

LOLOLOL Yeah right paypal will do nothing for you even though paypal is a safe secure way to do transactions and through ebay. Same EXACT thing happened to me today. I sold a laptop on ebay I think 4 months ago and the seller paid and of course i gave tracking numbers on paypal and the buyer got the laptop,,, GAVE ME POSITIVE FEEDBACK and then months later went to his credit card company and filed a chargeback and then took it to paypal and now today my paypal account shows saying I owe paypal $260 LIKE WTF are you kidding me how the **bleep** is that protected, they just let this guy steal my item and my money and tell me they can't do squat about it as it is up to the credit card company... BUT PAY PAL DOESN"T TELL YOU THAT YOU CAN AND WILL BE RIPPED OFF IF SOMEONE PAYS WITH A CREDIT CARD. The buyer just started an account that day he bought my laptop and to this day has bought nothing else so he got on ebay just to rip me off and probably has done this numerous times and keeps starting new accounts on ebay and paypal. AND PAYPAL WILL DO NOTHING but help these thieves steal your money!
FEEDBACK:::::::::Its a very nice computer. Just has a few kinks to work out. otherwise great 🙂

did you see my other post, a moderator or papyl worker on her is telling people to call their credit card company to do a chargeback to others knowing paypal can do nothing but leave it to the bank the BUYER USES! And they wont give the sellers who got ripped of the person credit card compant name because I myself would contact the scammers bank and file a dispute with the bank itself to see how this happened and see why theirs idiots working at that bank.

Well, you get ripped off if you sit back and do nothing, of course.
The credit card company is just like paypal - they want to know if the charge is legitimate, so give Paypal the tracking number again ( you're dealing with a different department here) and let them forward it to the CC Company.
Or did the buyer file for "Not as described"?
