I disputed a claim and PayPal did not let me submit additional documentation

I rented a cabin in North Georgia a month ago.  When we arrived the cabin did not have all the amenities that were included and had a terrible moldy smell causing a severe allergic reaction in a member of my party.  I contacted the seller immediately and she agreed verbally and in writing to provide a full refund.  3 weeks later, she fabricated that her housekeeper had to clean the cabin after we left.  We were there for only about 45 minutes and never unloaded the car.  She or her house keeper lied in order to keep my money.  I filed a dispute, escalated to a claim and at the very last minute the seller responded to my dispute.  I contacted PayPal to submit additional documents and they would not let me.  The found against my claim without even letting me know what the seller's response was.  I actually wanted to provide the written agreement that she states she would refund my payment in full.  How do I appeal PayPal's decision.  I have been wronged!!

Poochesmooches-  Sorry to hear that your vacation was ruined.  The PayPal dispute would've been closed because we have no purchase protection for rental property.  We didn't decide one way or another; we just didn't decide because our agreement with all parties says we can't.  At this point I think your best bet would be to contact your funding source and dispute it through them.  I think they will be able to protect you where our coverage doesn't.

Yep contact your funding source, and last resort taking them to court is always an option.
