I'm currently disputing a case against a seller. I have alot of documents/emails that would potentially make win the case, however,  I can't upload any documents.

I went to "Resolution Center" and went to view my claim. There's no option to "resolve compliant".

Please help me!

I am having he same problem.  In Resolution Center,  I see no such buttons as:

  resolve

  resolve complaint

or I will provide other evidence, etc.

Can someone out there help us?

I finally was able to talk to a real person.  Call paypal customer service , insist on talking to a customer service agent

and she will tell you how you can fax your documents to them.   Good luck!

Yeah - I need to send pictures of the "Definitely what I sent you" fraud return. Went out New in Box, came back either vandalized (razer blade scars across LCD panel) - or better yet - A random computer case with no computer inside. Of course there is no backup-server, peripheral devices, bundles of inks, etc....

This user used a 2 button press, 1 sentence fraud scam to receive a free brand new high-end workstation computer, a full monetary refund from eBay, and now eBay expects me to pay them for their errors.

What is wrong with them? eBay has even jacked my paypal account, which was not linked, and I have a locked account until I settle with eBay.

BEWARE of 1-4 yr old eBay accounts with minimal buying history. This is a new and MASSIVE scam. We have found angry posts about it happening to people, and instructions on how to do it. And eBay does not care about the seller. The coddle, comfort, and participate in the fraudulent behavior... Almost like it is part of the business model. LIKE: Memo - Figure out how to generate lots of reutnrs and refunds so we get more auction fees, more paypal 3% cc fees, etc...

It wouldn't be so disgusting and horrible if eBay gave the seller the ability to verify the authenticity and send photos, but they don't. Even knowing that they are colluding with the scammers, they still pretend to trust the buyer above all else. and then really cause sellers dozens of hours, and in cases like mine, nothing returned as sold, purely missing, and DEMANDING that I add insult to injury, and pay the guy who just ripped me off.
