Does anyone in the Paypal resolution center ever working on an investigation??!!! WTF!!!

I sold a cue shaft to an Australian buyer. This guy contacted me and told me he's interested in the shaft and would love to pay $150 to purchase it. So, I checked his account information, it appears he just registered this account right before contacting me. But I  didn't think that too much! Then, I sold it, shipped it and when he received the item, he claimed there are a few dents on it (I have already stated it's a used shaft in my description!!!) and he wanted refund. Apparently, i didn't agree. so he filed a dispute and I suddenly escalated it to a Claim! I uploaded the pictures I used in the listings and stated the fact to the resolution center. But, in less than 10 days, they replied me by granting the refund. This guy never used this account again after making the purchase with me. Apparently, he is a fraud. How simple it is! But, Paypal, however, decided to let him win! Has anyone in PAYPAL paid any attention to a simple fraud Case??!! OR, just wait for a few days, and "protect" the buyer whatever the truth is!!! What a GREAT company! Hope you could be in the TOP 500 COMPANIES by "protecting" your fraud buyers!

No they do not work on or investigate anything. They do not help you and only make things harder. I have just been **bleep**ed out of $218.40 for a fake counterfit USB drive. Paypal reps said just walk into your local pawn shop or best buy to get a piece of paper saying it is fake. I went to several stores. Best Buy Radio Shack Computer Stores and pawn shops. They all looked at me like I was crazy and treated me like I was trying to get away with something like I was a criminal. I tried to explain the story how I needed the paper to get my refund for this fake product. They all shook their heads and said they didn't want to get involved. Pay Pal responded stating "sorry but your time is up we've received no documentation from you so you get no refund" I asked for managers and supervisors and they just transfered me to thier friend that they were sitting next to. I would hang up and call back after realizing I had been had and the rep said "sorry sir there is no Katherine or michael as a supervisor here but i'll be glad to help you" managers are not available to take phone calls and you have to start the monkey circus all over again. I never heard anything back from them, and my 220 bucks is taking very good care of the paypal employees some kind of way. Paypal is good for a quick online transaction but they just do not take care of their customers anymore. I will use pay pal very sparingly as in maybe once or twice a year. Certainly not as much as I used to. You just can't trust Pay Pal anymore. It was an expensive lesson but I learned it well - **bleep** pay pal .

This paypal, thing is really bad, when they control your money.  You CANNOT get anyone to answer your questions, AND THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO PAY ON EBAY,  I am with the ones, who are closing their accounts, TO MUCH HEADACHE. There are too many other places to sell items, NO ONE should be able to control my money,

This has happened to me also! I stated in my listing that the products I was selling were not the originals but when I ship them off, I have to give the money back! Someone opened a dispute against me after like 3 months of the sell!
