Dispute Claim - No option to respond, please help!

I recevied request respond from paypal only leave me 3 options to choose to respond a dispute case. I did shipped the item, but do not have proof of it shipped, and I have not refund the item. None of the 3 options in accordance with my respond. Item was shipped oversea by freight forwarder company in cheapest way, so it did not leave me any record of the item was shipped. Please help and advise what should I do next? Thank you! Windy

If you shipped without any tracking, all you can do is pay the customer's claim - you have zero chance of winning.
