I am wondering myself how to appeal a decision against a seller. Twice now after I have provided proof of shipment from the postal service, the buyer has not received their item or requested insurance on item. Twice now the postal service lost it, twice now I have lost the money for the transaction, the shipping, the ebay fees, the paypal fees and the product. I shipped through paypal the first time, even tho I sent a document from the post office stating they lost it, paypal ruled against me, because there was not proof I actually brought it to the post office. The second time I provided stamped customs form and receipt from the postal service, ruled against again, to be told "you can win them all!" REALLY?! I would like legal supporting evidence regarding paypal shipping policy, not a smug pat answer like I was given. Sympathize with you!
