Error in PayPal's email order confirmation

How do you contact PayPal's customer service to inform them that an error has been made in their email order confirmation?  It seems there is nothing on the PayPal site that will allow you to address a problem that has not been addressed, covered, or considered by PayPal.  Thus, the problem can not be resolved or even brought to the attention of PayPal because the problem is not a question that PayPal has considered.  Nor is there a way or method to address the current problem.  Is there an email address that the customer can be used to reach PayPal's Customer Service department and inform PayPal that there is an immediate problem that needs to be expeditiously resolved, before it becomes an unnecessary problem?  In this case, in PayPal's email order confirmation, PayPal's cites, under the category of "Instruction To Merchant," that the customer did not enter any shipping instructions to the merchant.  In fact, shipping instructions were giving to the merchant as: "Please ship order under the condition of : USPS -- Signature Delivery Confirmation" on the PayPal site while completing the purchase information for the order.   The aformentioned merchant instruction was the result of another recent order with the same merchant, concerning a non-delivery or product lost in the mail.  Fortunately, that situation was eventually resolved.  I would not want to repeat the same shipping situation.  Unfortunately, PayPal does not provide a way to immediately address this type of situation, nor an avenue to contact PayPal's customer service for correction or resolution.
