I sold a design cardholder on Nov. 14th on ebay. The buyer got it by the 17th or so of November. He seemed very happy with the item, left me positive feedback, and that was it. However, a few minutes ago, I get an email from him stating item is not as described. Why? Because apparently he claims that the cardholder is tearing or torn in places, and if it was "authentic" then he doesn't believe it would do this.
The guy has had the cardholder for a month now! I'm concerned that since it's been less than 45 days he's going to try and dispute the transaction, even though it's been a month?! So then I end up getting **bleep**ed because I get an apparently very used item back, and he gets his money.
What are my options? Or do I have to prepare for the worst?
