I bought a bag which used paypal as a method of payment. Unfortunatley the bag was too small and I emailed the company and they said they will do a one off refund so I posted the bag first class on Saturday and they still haven't got it. I have proof of postage, I wish I posted it recorded now but there's nothing I can do. I got a response from the boss and they said they were in another country at the moment but their assistant is supposed to let her know when they get the bag so they can check it. I'm surprised they havent got it because I posted some things I sold on Monday and they got there a couple of days ago. How long do I wait ?? The company seems reputable enough since it sells fairtrade handmade items.
