I originally posted the item back about 10 days ago before I opened the dispute because the seller was taking so long in giving me a refund. They emailed me when they said they got the returned item and I have a tracking number stating this too with proof of delivery. The dispute said its waiting for the other parties repsonse but I thought this was just Paypal's chance to check the tracking and make a decision, what could be happening? If the other party doesnt respond, what happens then? Also the seller said they would pay for return postage but when I opened the dispute obviously I couldn't add on to the amount I wanted as a refund so I've just had to put it in the notes regarding how much it cost, can paypal force the seller to refund that too? If not it's not that much and I'll just put it down to experience. Any help is greatly appreciated.
