Asking for money return, a planned fraud!

Hi,

Iam a software engineer from texas , usa. I recently sold an Ipad 2 via an auction through

ebay, The buyer end me a mail via ebay that he needs the product to shipped to Jakarta, Indonesia

and the address is specified in the e bay mail. I asked for the payment and he done it via a e-cash

then i informed i don't accept it or ship only once the cash got credited, then he replies that

he wants it urgently and canceled that transaction and done via Pay pal , the same day

i shipped the product using USPS EXPRESS and send him the Tracking information, this was happened four days

back and today i got a reissue for payment mail from pay pal as the buyer asked for repayment and message

that unauthorized access. I am first time selling through e bay but had bought so many things from e bay and that all

works fine. Now i am so dippressed by this cheaters activity. I am mentioning the following details also

I had won bidding the auction. yes,it is a scam.

was the address same as on his paypal account ?

if it was different,then there is nothing you can do now . you lost your item,payment refunded .

Just learn from it and dont fall for it in the future .

proof of request means nothing !

You need to have proof of delivery (online tracking number) to their paypal confirmed address .

was his paypal address for the same country ? indonesia ?

you might get away with tracking,if its the same country .

When did you post it ? if its not too late,contact your postal services,and ask them not to send it,tell them its been a mistake .

only hope you got is if his paypal confirmed address is in the same country as you posted,then it might be still good enough to win dispute.
