I have had several small transactions held up because of Paypal and their random security crap. How many days should a customer wait for a next day $5 ourchase?
Thanks Sondre, I suspected as much but I guess I should have asked if Paypal follows banking rules, and does eBay have any legal responsibilities if Paypal fails to follw the rules?
i am sure if you spend some time reading user agreement or whatever its called , you will find something saying that they got a right to do that . i know its not fair and annoying and they shouldnt do that , but it probably cant be stopped .
