Should PayPal give an immediate option for premium services ?

I had intended to have an ammount of cash deposited into my PayPal account and the transaction was listed as Completed whilst the transaction was in all actuality Pending. I was upset when I had heard the customer service

agent say that there was nothing wrong and that she could simply fix the error. Having a PayPal account is a wise choice for internet transactions as far as I'm concerned because I don't want my account information being reviewed by a group or individual whom I may choose to be denied rights of having my personal information.

If there was an option to pay a small monthly fee one could have faster deposits,

One could have an option of insuring their PayPal accounts balance.

One could possibly then be able to have more control over their personal internet transactions account.

I do not think so.

It is all about fraud e-transfers.

You will always be the last to get your funds.
