ATTACHING NOTE IN DISPUTE CASE

I have been trying to attach a note to a dispute case and every time I click send after completing the note, it brings me back to the dispute detail screen and the note has not attached.  What is going on?  Is there another way to send a note to this jerks?

Are you doing it from the ebay dispute side or the paypal dispute side

 I had the same problem 3 or 4 separate times today.  One time I ended up loosing my entire explanation.  The second time I ended up copying the explanation in MSWord to save it.  Since I couldn't add a note, I decided to attach the Word document in the Upload files section.  I wouldn't let me add a .doc file, but it will a .pdf.

So what I did was save my explanation as a pdf and uploaded those files.

Now I get to wait and see if this works and I have success with this dispute.
