A $10 transaction was made on my account which i did not do. When i try to dispute it it tells me the transaction id is invalid... it refused to let me dispute it. So now i have a $-10 balance which i refuse to pay. Any ideas?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
