what happened to me is incredible i have used paypal for years but this is incredible
i was visiting my son about 8 months ago and went on his tiger direct account and bought him a new patch of memory for his computer the other day i checked my pay pal account and it had 1084.11 deducted taking money out of my bank account to make up the difference. with a little investigation i found out my son had ordered a new computer and he gave tiger direct his pay pal email address but guess what it came out of my account.
tiger direct says thats impossible it is pay pal that did it pay pal says no it was tiger direct who did it so i started a dispute but it cannot really be done even tho he did not have permission you cannot make a dispute if one of your family did it funny but true. well i am still out 1100 bucks and pay pal refused to correct it they say i have to get the money from my son paypal you have no right to take money out of my account without my permission
my lawyer says he wants to start a class action suit against paypal how do i handle this will paypal make up for the hours i spent on the phone and the personal inconvienience of this stupid thing and gaurantee that it wont happen again or do i have to close my pay pal account to keep account integrity i dont know what to do any ideas???
