Paypal claims to investigate, but they do not even as much check to see if it was actually shipped to the right name and address..wrong tracking number and claim denied because tracking number just says shipped with my city . That would be the first thing to investigate. I do not have a ups store around me to get a signed document and they told me on the phone that because it wasn't under my name, like it should have been that they couldn't give that information for privacy reasons. Please help
