withdrawing chargeback / close case

How to withdraw a chargeback. or if I click CLOSE CASE it will withdraw my file about the chargeback.

Thanks for your post, and welcome to the Community. Generally chargebacks are filed with a customer's credit card company or bank. If you created a chargeback with your financial institution, we recommend getting in touch with them directly for further assistance.
