i finally got an email yesterday stating that I could withdraw my funds from
my Paypal account but I still cant link my new bank or card an I've called an the
woman said she filed a request an that I should be able to add a card an withdraw today
still I have tried an I cant add a card so what can I do? Also could I use my old
cash card that I had for the account to withdraw the funds instead of waiting around
and figuring how I will be able to link a new bank account or card?
