Has anyone had a sucessful purchase from a website www.voohealthk.com ?

I purchased an item on the 2nd of July using my PayPal account and have received no communication from the seller. I raised a dispute via the resolution centre asking for details on the shipment. Today I have received tracking details for items that were dispatched to the UK on the 11th and 24th of June 2021. I did not place my order until the 2nd of July.

Ring customer services and state its fake tracking and why and you may get a refund without the hassle of providing proof from the shipping agent.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
