My account was limited after i received payments and paypal requested me to send information to them.i did but i was unable to upload receipts since their website keeps rejecting to upload.Now i have a money held in my account that i need so much,iam unable to contact paypal since they don't respond to my calls,chats in Facebook or emails and we are heading to the deadline of submision of those documents.I deal with sale of online services and i do not excepect to be asked to produce receipts from my supplier because i generate the services.Iam very disappointed and iam unable to sustain my self since my money is being held.Kindly look at my rights paypal.I deserve to receive what belongs to me.
