Any ideas. I returned a package to China hoping for a refund after being scammed. I Fedex'd the package 7/29/20 china received 8/03/20 . The seller(scammer) has never gone to pick up item. Paypal denied my claim. Paypal said in order to appeal I need to hit an appeal button on my claim window, there is NO "appeal" button just a "view" button.
they say i have 10 ten days to appeal and 5 days have gone by and they have not yet opened my case for me to appeal.
Any ideas out there. I'm sick that i was scammed and sick that Paypal doesn't give a **bleep**
