transaction not showing up on invoice but I have the receipt

What happens when your transaction does not show up on your statement but you have your paypal receipt to prove the transaction you need to dispute because you never received it?. There is no way to contact paypal for this kind of situation.

If you paid as a guest buyer and did not log into your paypal account to pay then you can phone customer services and ask if they will open a claim for you OR do a chargeback via your card issuer.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
