totally frustrated

purchased items on 11-26-19 did have not recieved them have pay pal reciept number and invoice number have contacted seller and pay pal numerous times said they opened a claim and seller had 10 days to respond cannot do anything on web site they did not give me a claim number my account does not even show the purchase the money came out of my bank account and have the proof and pay pal did the transaction as a guest  WHAT THE HE#$ i going on

Please contact customer service for assistance but if you want customer service help (yeah it can be frustrating), you have to persevere, be patient, firm, yet friendly:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US or other contact options.

 

Call early, during business hours, west coast time to try to get a US rep.

Give them your receipt ID number again and ask if a dispute has been opened and ask for a claim number or a way to access the claim to manage it.
