hello, I put in a dispute/ opened a claim on this payment and pay pal hasn't gotten back to me but the website I order from cancel my order. They canceled my order after I put in my claim. I am wondering how I can get my money back now, since the website didn't receive the money because PayPal didn't;t give it to them and then they canceled the order. who has my money? payapl?
