temporarily limited

hi

I am new with PayPal I live  in Venezuela I didn't receive phone code confirmation

and I receive money form a friend but they put the money on hold

and my account is  temporarily limited how can I resolve this issue

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.

If there is a limitation on your account, you can resolve this by completing the steps in the Resolution Centre of your account. Make sure that you complete any outstanding steps to ensure that your case is sent for review. If there was a step without a green tick, this would prevent the case from being sent for review.
