Hello, long story short, I had to refund the transaction and after I got the money back, my Steam account got locked permanently, telling me that I needed to reverse the dispute if I wanted to get it unlocked. PayPal support is telling me that there is no option for reversing the dispute. I have seen 2 cases like this in here but there were no answers to them. any solutions?
hey did you ever figure this out??? i currently have the same problem except the disputes were done from a card that ive cancelled, there were 13 closed disputes in my favor done without my authorization from my bank because they thought someone else was using my card... not sure if its too late for me but i have a 1,000 dollar inventory on steam and this really is a mess for me.
